Conference Results
The main outcome of the Berlin 12 Conference was an ‘Expression of Interest in the Large-scale Implementation of Open Access to Scholarly Journals’. This document has already received the endorsement of numerous international scholarly organizations and is open for further signatures. Together with the Transformation Roadmap, it constitutes ‘OA2020 – initiative for the large-scale transition to open access’, publicly launched on 21 March 2016.
